Rituals.  Some people have them, others don't.  A song.  A shirt. What do you do to get your mind right before a WOD?  Sometimes we're only afforded the time to come in and get it done.  Others, we can mentally play with it for hours, or the better part of a day, and psych ourselves up.  Do you prefer to check the board or be the test group?  Comment on FB.
