Functional Movement Screen
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) was developed by physical therapists to identify functional limitations and asymmetries by evaluating movement patterns that are imperative for normal function. Without functional stability, we are unable to perform daily tasks efficiently, let alone perform well as an athlete. We utilize your FMS to locate dysfunctions to correct and track progress as you elevate your fitness with CrossFit UP.
Initial and Re-Screen:
Included in all memberships, but can be purchased separately
30 minute, one-on-one appointment
$75 Initial Screen, $50 Re-Screen
