Workout of the Day "Snatches and Shenanigans"
1 RM Snatch
Skill work and accessory work today leading up to 15.2 on Friday. We've been practicing moving some heavier weight, now lets work on getting under it. Snatches came up last week in 15.1, but didn't require we get under the bar too much. Power snatches are fun, but there is only so much weight you can pull from the ground to over your head in standing, that's a long way, especially for the Jeffs. Let's hone the technique and learn to pull ourselves down and under to receive. Then you don't have to lift it as far- sounds better, right?
