Building our pressing strength in the absence of benches, the floor press returns.
Then we get a twist on an old favorite, swapping out KB swings for Sumo Deadlift High Pull. Remember those massive Sumo Deadlifts from last week? Let's go lighter, faster and work on our bar path, driving out of the legs and feeling the bar float effortlessly through motion. Or something close to that at least. Check the video for instruction.
