More skill work in prep for the Open.  What is to come for 15.2?  Not sure, but expect movements that begin to separate the fittest from the rest of the pack.  We'll dedicate time to the elusive double-under, and for those who have mastered them, the fabled triple under.  Then, let's get the heart rate ramped up for this 7 min AMRAP.  Hold that support for 20 sec after 10 push ups, I dare you.
