Some incredible movement happening on Monday. Mechanics, Consistency and then hammer that intensity button- the 5:30 class getting after it! Today's WOD was a good reminder that intensity makes all the difference. Intensity is relative to each individual, sure, but when you can hit that button it makes a seemingly simple workout very, very spicy. Moving at the edge of your fitness ability, this one stung. I even heard Eddie say "my lungs are hurting" after finishing this one. Sure, it only lasted 3-13 min, but hey, that's all it had to be. And such is CrossFit.
