From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.) 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.) 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.) 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern

Remember this one from last year? Yeah, me too.  Here is our opportunity to better our score, and test the "objective, measurable and repeatable" credo.  We've put in our time, worked on our weaknesses, focused on our fitness, and have a plan.  First time 'round with this one?  Well, have a go with it.  All shoulders all the time.

Remember, if you have one more rep than last year, it's an improvement.  Either way, the Open is about coming out and giving your all.  Let's get after it!
