*Scaled option for first-timers or those looking for a less strenuous workout.  Regular CF UP members can perform the 9am WOD at 10am if preferred.

Pick your poison or mix it up.  We want to see excellence in our squat form, whether it's with load or body weight.  Quads are going to want to tire out first, so let's be good about our running mechanics to get out of our quads and into our posterior chain a bit with the pose-style pull that Emily has gone over the last few months, so we have something left for our squats.  If this is your first exposure to CF training, you have 60 reps to hit a perfect squat- let's go for consistency.  See you soon!
