10 Burpees

15 KBS (53#/35#)

This WOD is all about the hips, and how fast can you open- and close- them. Be powerful, be quick. The shoulders get a solid workout  with a full battery of demands: pushing, pulling, swinging and holding.  Starting off the New Year- let's get after it!
