Tis the Season! Since this coming week includes deadlines, family/friends and a holiday, let's cram a few days of training into one. It's called Fitness Efficiency, it's a thing. This WOD is like a holiday staple, like stuffing or Jell-o salad. There are many, many varieties of this one, each with their own signature. This one is passed down by J-Lau.

Come in early and mobilize, well, everything you can, because we have a lot of work to get done tomorrow. Make sure your squat and front rack are on point, you might need those a few times.
