ll Unders and Sit Ups
We've been targeting ll unders this past month through skill work and in WOD's. We've also done a
ridiculous mean fair amount of sit up work. Today is an opportunity to put it all to work. This is the part where I'm suppose to say something inspirational and motivating. Instead I'll just cue the music....
