* Partner 1 performs as many rounds of 7 p. snatches and 7 wall balls while partner 2 runs 400m. When partner 2 gets back from the run, Partner 1 runs and partner 2 picks up where partner 1 left off. Your score is the total number of 7 P. Snatches and 7 Wall Balls performed.

Hamstring mobility plays a huge roll in proper acceleration mechanics when snatching (or cleaning) from the floor. We will spend some extra time during the warm up to ensure we get every last bit of mobility you have out of this muscle group to allow for the smoothes bar path from the floor to overhead.
