"Regularly learn and play new sports." Beach volleyball with Coach Eddie, Ashleigh, Aaron and Bri after the Beach WOD. Apply your fitness regularly. Coach Glassman's "World Class Fitness in 100 Words" is a primer on functional fitness and can almost be the Cliff Notes of the tenants of CF. I love the last part, "regularly learn and play new sports," because we should be seeking movement experience and enrichment constantly. And, with the base of training due to CF, be able to play with carryover. For some of us, it was the first time in the last decade or so we've played. Win or lose, it was fun! Fitness has it's reward.
