Power/Hang Snatch

Working up to a heavy single/training max

* whether you do power or hang snatch will be mobility and technique dependent. In either case, we're going to go as heavy as you can with great technique. Feet landing excessively wide, pressing out at the top and general flopping under the bar will prevent you from going heavier.
