Hitting the intensity switch one more time this week with a 2 min Row for Max Meters.  We've been pulling a lot this week, so be sure to use your legs, keep that back flat with each pull. We'll be doing this as we warm up for the second part of the WOD, and it's also a chance to cheer on your fellow athletes.  Then, time to work in some practice/volume with this EMOM.  Finish early and you earn a little bit of rest.
