A. lax ball feet, 30s/side; lax ball hamstrings, 1:00/side B. band around ankles - side shuffle down and back, skater walk down (forward) and back (backward) C. WGS down, inchworms back, walking straight leg kicks down, single leg RDLs (unweighted) back. D. 3 attempts at a max broad jump

STRENGTH:

Deadlift, to a peak of 5

CONDITIONING:

3 rounds: 20 Russian KB swings (70/53) 8/side walking lunge with KB overhead (35/26) 4 strict pull-ups
