Tomorrow, we team up to allow us to train for intervals on the rower.   We've talked about it before, but the first 2 minutes or so drains us of our Creatine Phosphate and Glycolyic energy systems, so that last minute is working off of fumes (which is why it hurts so bad!).  Learn to push through it and our bodies will respond by helping us keep a better energy continuance.  You get 5 tries tomorrow- Yay!
