Today we mixed it up.  Those that joined us for the body weight ninja day found out how challenging crawling variations can be on us metabolically.  Check the time-lapse on the FB page, so much movement, and a different kind of "fun."  Changing things up and keeping your body guessing is important in creating a constantly varied stimulus experience.
