Squats, squats and more squats. And running. Way to move that weight, everyone! Awesome effort and perseverance today. We prepped and dialed in the squat and pushed through the pain of this nasty couplet. We had plenty of opportunities to practice our positioning on each rep, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the movement I saw today. Been a while since we've back squatted, and this definitely got some volume in. Position, position, position will get you through it every time!
