IMG_5125Load it UP!  Heavy Deads and Hand Release Push Ups proved to be gnarly combo.  We saw some great pulling and pushing today! Alternating movements gives us a powerful stimulus because we give one group a chance to rest while we work the opposing.  But our metabolic system doesn't get that break.  Think of workouts like Fran, Helen or even the couplets Jenny has been putting together.  The reps aren't crazy, and the first few of each round actually feel kinda good if you can breathe, but the stimulus becomes overwhelming and can take you to a dark place.  That's intensity.  That's CrossFit.  That = increased Fitness.
