C. band around ankles: lateral walk, d&b skater walk, d&b

D. inchworm + 2/2 shoulder taps, d bear crawl, b crab walk, d 10 glute bridges with KB on belly button to encourage abdominal bracing (much like Bulgarian goat bag swing) accumulate 20s in ring support 10 RKBS accumulate 10s in the bottom of a dip 10 goblet squats 10 ring dips, use this time to select a band for conditioning if assistance is needed

STRENGTH:

front squat, 20:00 to find a 1RM

CONDITIONING:

10:00 AMRAP: 10 back squats at 80% of front squat from today 15 ring dips 20 double unders
