Yesterday we worked on our strict pushing strength, today we tackle our strict pulling strength.  Whether your strict pull ups are plentiful or assisted, lets get some good volume in to build strength, challenge yourself with a lighter band if you use one.  Then the rope and KBs come out.  We'll spend some time going over rope climb techniques and variations, and if you have anything left in your arms we'll get you to the top.  Pack your long socks and we'll see you in the gym!
