As heavy as you can do 1 with on each side
while still looking like you know what you're doing

10 rounds
5 Ring Rows
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
2 KB Swings
Round 2, 4 KB swings, Round 3...6, Round 4.... 8 etc until 20 at round 10
I've abandoned targeting muscle groups or movements this week in lieu of just attacking the entire system. This way saves time.
