It's been a great week of training!  We're feeling the energy in class, more people dropping by to see what we're doing, see our new coaches and to get their fitness on, even more people hanging around afterwards to chat, connect and geek out on movement (and yes, the pun was very much intended with the pic).

Let's keep that energy rolling, right into this WOD tomorrow.  Strength and a Met-Con.  Come in, lift big, even meet one of our new coaches, Kevin Daigle, who also likes to lift big and will be coaching the Thursday evening classes.  Lots of good stuff happening at UP.
