Positions of stability are important to understand.  Any movement has critical positions, often the start and the finish.  If we can create stability in those positions, the movement can happen in between and will be more crisp, efficient and further strengthen the pattern.  And, yes, we practice these daily.  And, yes, we practice these often.   And, yes, we move a lot.  That's how we move better.
