Is CrossFit for everyone?  It can be, and yes, we really believe that.  We believe in the benefit of movement and the benefits to regular exercise.  Should everyone do everything RX?  No, but at a challenging level that pushes your fitness level and abilities so that we can push you towards a higher level of capacity.  Read Coach Glassman's "What is Fitness" article from the CrossFit Journal.  This is what it's all about.  Read it.  Live it.  Get pumped and in the gym.
