One of the best things about CrossFit is that we can always progress, always learn the next step to Virtuosity (this article should be a required read, wink wink!).  Got your front support?  Got your muscle up?  Now what....... Let's try this.  Remember, if you're still getting accustomed to the rings then your first step is to establish a stable front support, NOT trying this.  We don't want to drive 100mph without learning how to brake, right?  It's all about the progressions, in the skill refinement, in the acquisition, in the mastery.  Then we can play, test and apply our fitness/skills to other domains and more advanced skills.  Check out the video of the CF HQ staff having some fun on the rings with CF founder, Coach Glassman.
