Workout of the Day: "Thirty Something" For Time:

800m run

30 burpees

30 SumoDLHP

30 DU’s

30 pullups

30 lunges

30 pushups

400m run

Great week of training and hitting a few benchmarks.  Finish the week strong with this one, grinding 30 reps for the movements between runs.  Body weight aside from Sumo Deadlift High Pull, go for speed, its only 30 reps:)
