Today's WOD is all about core to extremity. Thats how we produce basic movement as well as high skill high power movement. The workout begins with a high skill, high velocity movement then switches to lower velocity but challenging movement and ends with a movement that reminds you of where all that poetry in motion comes from. Repeat for 10 minutes to attain new levels of fitness.
