Tonight's evening class, playing with tempo during the jump rope warm up with Coach Kyle. The last 2 days we've been using our pushers a lot. Well, let's work on our technique so we don't have to use our arms much! Split jerks. Bring your quickness.

1 mile run for time
I know, I know...... we always hear some complaining when it comes to running. But this needs to be a sprint. Get after it, go hard and finish with a PR. Not sure about you guys, but every time I run a mile, I dig a little deeper. Find your dark place, go there and get it done in record time. Then, write it down.
