Tomorrow, we're in for a grinder.  5 rounds of FUN!!  Choose a weight that allows you to keep your torso upright and your trailing hip open, then rest your legs while you pull.

The lunge is such a fundamental movement, which is why we lunge EVERY DAY at CF UP.  It maintains hip ROM, soft tissue and anterior chain length, foot health and flexibility, but only if we do it right.  Let's prep this pattern and make each one count.
