Practice, practice, practice makes perfect.  Sometimes, volume can just be volumous.  Sometimes it can be creative.  Coach Jenny Lau is dropping this one on us to get the volume and still try to get a heavy single/PR attempt in there.  Focusing on the hip hinge pattern, over and over, with varied loads is a great way to hit "save" on the pattern for re-enforcement.
