In continuing with our Open prep, here is 14.1 all over again.  Kinda like the dirty penny that keeps popping up, we first saw this in the 2011 CF Games season with 11.1 then again last year for the opening workout of 2014.  Here's the trick and the point: if you can get 1 double under, you can compete in this workout and the Open.  Pretty brilliant, actually.  If you have your time from previous encounters, dust off your log books and come to play.  We hope your fitness has progressed in the last year, if you've been putting in the work we should see an improvement.  Here is the standards video from 14.1 to study.
