Lots of jumping today!  The split jerk makes another appearance at CF UP, let's see if we can stick the landing and put up some weight.

For the Met-Con, we dump the weight and go to good old body weight gymnastics movements, with lots of jumping.  Check out the video below to review options to safely get through that rope climb and back to the burpees.
