Squat primer- closer to virtuosity every day. Make a habit out of the details. Seeking virtuosity is a virtuous goal. "Performing the common uncommonly well" is the definition, and should be our goal for all movements, but especially the basics. You can always get better at the dead lift, the squat, the plank and lunge, and all other movements that are the building blocks for higher level skills.
