10 KB swings (53/35)

10 Burpees

100m Sprint

 

Thank goodness our core has nothing to do with running, right?!?!?  Oh, aside from providing the stable base at which to drive our legs off of and coordinate upper extremity arm drive power force transference.  NBD.  We're going to prep the core, and the nervous system, to make this happen tomorrow.

All 3 moves are metabolically taxing, alternating posterior, anterior and mixed.  Catch a breath and try to keep moving.  Rest during the burpees:)
