Continuing our EMOM theme from today's sprint workout, we're setting up for another sprint tomorrow!  All movements must be fast and quick to make it in under a minute and earn your rest.  Volume is going to add up quick, but keep your mechanics solid to conserve energy.  Make up some time on the body weight movements!
