Great day of work on the speed squats and tackling a tough tough WOD. We're gonna change gears today. Changing our need for speed to a need for stability. Not as catchy but equally as important. We'll begin the workout today with an exercise that trains total body tension and focuses on stability from the core to the extremities. The Turkish Get Up. Total body tension is the act of unifying your body's effort to over come a common enemy.  Whether foreign or domestic. In this case, the enemy comes from Turkey and would love nothing more than to make you look uncoordinated. But we're not gonna let it. We will come together under the banner of midline stability, proper joint alignment, and a wide base of support to defeat our enemy.  We will be victories.
