FullSizeRender 23Coach Kyle, mobilizing the Saturday Community WOD.  We've been having incredible turnouts for our weekend classes- so stoked to have you all start your Saturday with us at UP!  Had some visitors, some returning members, friends and neighbors all stop by to WOD = Community. We're starting to see some things happening around the gym.  People are coming more regularly allowing us to work on the finer points of movements.  People are coming in together, and arranging WODs at the same time.  People are staying after, socializing and doing accessory work and/or skill work. We, your coaches, are SUPER EXCITED to see all of this!  Love the dedication to movement, to improvement and to community.  All of this drives us to be better athletes, better coaches and better people.  Summer is still going strong, and keep it going peeps!
