We've been pulling a lot, now it's time to push- literally. Taxing the shoulder girdle in all directions, we'll warm up with some TGU practice and open up your hips, then it's time to get up on the rings and load the bar. Over head stability and bottom-of-ring-dip stability are two different animals, but needed and challenged with this couplet. Thankfully, the TGU should get us prepped and active.
