Today was a spicy mix of high skill movements.  The total of "Double Grace" and 300 double unders/900 single unders if you made it under the cap.  Heavy.  Tomorrow, we slow it down and add some running.  Get the back and the front of the core, then see how well the legs work.  Push those runs, let's find intensity in simplicity, and see who can finish 3 rounds.
