10 Power Clean/Push Jerk

15 Power Cleans/Split Jerk

More barbells and Oly lifts!  Technique is key for this couplet.  The Split Jerk pops up just to make things a little more interesting as well.  We'll spend a lot of time prepping our split stance and going over this particular variation.  There aren't a lot of asymmetrical movements in CrossFit, but the Split Jerk tends to be one where people choose a side and stick with it (kinda like surfing).  Still dialing in your push jerk?  You'll get some good practice here, let's strive for consistency.
