Lots of PR's today in the 1RM press and 3RM Front Squat. Look at these stoked athletes! Sometimes a PR is a hard fought quest, others it is the first time you've lifted something heavy and cared to write it down. Either way, it's a Personal Record and you'll have a lot of them as you continue your journey of Fitness. Tomorrow we take all that energy and use it- FASTER! High box jumps followed by running.
