Overhead Squat Progression
We will spend 15 minutes focusing on the overhead squat. This time will be spent either teaching you the lift or improving on your mechanics. This time will also be spent determining if an appropriate scaling option needs to be made for the WOD.

Even minutes - 15 KB swings
EMOM, or every minute on the minute, is a great way to develop your work capacity in a certain skill while still getting a great stimulus from your workout.
