This WOD is going to help us maintain midline stability in a variety of planes and under different levels of duress. Whether you're bracing against the weight on the bar or the weight of your body as it accelerates towards the ground at 9.8m/s2, your trunk's success or failure at resisting and translating force is directly correlated to success in and out of the gym.
