picstitch A week of many firsts!  Congrats to those who had a breakthrough this week- you all are so inspiring!

Skill development is at the heart of CrossFit training.  From simple to complex and across broad domains, we can improve.  Small tweaks can unlock performance or lead to the completion of a movement that has eluded us for time we care not to count.   Our commitment, dedication and perseverance, along with specific coaching (from our awesome coaches) will get us there.  Strive to improve, constantly.  Strive for Virtuosity.
