Workout of the Day: 21-15-9
Pullin' and Pushin' today, lots of demand on the shoulders and core. This might look quick, but that isn't the intention. DL programmed at 70%, so we're not looking to go unbroken (which would be impossible at your true 70%) but a great way to work in strength work. Don't think about moving fast, make sure they're all perfect, and chip away at this one. Scale as appropriate. Break it up with sneaky wall walks and get inverted.
