Lots and lots of ring time today!  Ring work creates an opportunity for us to develop and/or express stability through our shoulders and core.  For some of us, holding in that front support position will be a first, for others trying to connect your muscle ups will be your goal.  When you're able to hold in support, remember to breathe!  Training with unstable implements gives us the challenge of creating stability which demonstrates integrated strength.  Looking at the demands on the shoulders, we have slow controlled pushing, quick pushing and hanging, lots of compression and traction on that joint.  Get after it for 12 minutes and use whatever arm strength you have left to give a round of high 5's!
