SKILL:

Freestanding Handstand Hold – Accumulate 2 minutes with partner spotting in the least amount of kick ups possible. If you don’t quite have the strength to hold a freestanding position you may opt to accumulate 2 minutes against the wall or complete 10-12 wall walks.

CONDITIONING:

Teams of 2, 1 partner working at time: 15:00 AMRAP: 3 Man-makers (35/20) 6 strict pull-ups 9 burpees 12 knees to elbows
