With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in:

9am 20 Min AMRAP                                            10am 14 min AMRAP

40 Wall Ball (20/14)                                            40 Wall Ball

10 Pull Ups                                                            10 Pull Ups or Ring Rows

200m  Med Ball Run                                          200m Med Ball Run

One partner works at a time, divide any way you choose, but the runs have to be together.  Cheer, encourage, sweat, repeat for the AMRAP.
